Refund policy
At PureOpia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your items for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel (if applicable).
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@pureopia.com to initiate a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Package: Carefully package the item you wish to return. Use the original packaging if possible.

Refunds and Processing
- Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps and specify the item you want in exchange when you contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. We will cover the return shipping in these cases.
